Wiring lugs can be classified in various ways according to their type and manufacturing process, such as open lugs, copper lugs, tin lugs, CZ45 lugs, etc.. Based on structure, they are mainly divided into ordinary copper lugs (such as the OT/UT/DT series) and open copper lugs (such as the SC series).

The OT series (closed type) has a completely sealed tail, high tensile strength (≥500N), and is suitable for high-vibration environments.

The DT series (oil-sealing type) has a sealing ring on the inner wall, providing good sealing performance and effectively preventing moisture and dust from entering, making it suitable for humid or oil-proof and moisture-proof environments.

The SC series (open type) has a longitudinal groove (1-3mm wide) at the tail, facilitating the filling of insulating glue or heat-shrink tubing after crimping, and is commonly used in scenarios requiring moisture-proof sealing.

The DTG series has a tubular structure, made of stamped copper tubing, and is relatively lightweight, reducing weight by 15%-20% compared to the solid DT type, making it suitable for scenarios requiring lightweighting, such as new energy vehicles. The JG series tubes are shorter in length and offer a variety of screw hole sizes, making them suitable for applications such as marine, automotive, and electromechanical instruments where space and connection methods are critical.
