Dual Color Signal Lamp

Dual color signal lamp is a common signal device, it's widely used for high-voltage switchgear, electrical control cabinets and distribution equipment. It combine red and green LED light sources into one lamp body, it can display two kinds of different working status through independent circuit control.

Main working principle of dual color signal lamp depend on external control circuit switching and the internal voltage dropping and current limiting. Dual color signal lamp has two sets of the independent LED and matching components, Working together with auxiliary contacts from devices, such as circuit breakers and isolating switches, it can switch the different signal circuits freely.

When the equipment is running, the control circuit gets connected. Current flows to the selected LED through the built-in voltage reducing resistor and current-limiting module, so only one color lights is on at a time.

Switching auxiliary contacts of the linkage mechanism under the different device or operating status. It cuts off the original circuit and turns on the other, so that the indicator switch between red and green lights free.
